(Sorry I don't update often)

Photography is an art. And what is art, exactly? Art is something that expresses itself in such away that you feel it emotionally. And that's what every photographer's goal should be in the photos they capture. They don't just snap pretty pictures of flowers, because anyone can do that. Flowers are naturally beautiful. But can you take the corner of a moldy wooden table and make it beautiful? Then you are a photographer. Photographers observe the world around them, and when they feel strong emotion from a particular scene, they capture it. They don't just capture the visual image in front of them, they capture the emotion it gives off, and they give that emotion to others when they show them their work. But they don't just capture beautiful emotions of joy. They capture sorrow, they capture anger, they capture frustration, they capture solitude, they capture neglect, they capture nostalgia, they capture comfort, they capture freedom, they capture anything and everything. If you can take something as simple and boring as a pencil eraser and extract emotion from it into a picture, then you have mastered the essence of photography.
