I highly doubt I'm the only one in that regard. Dispite some minor inconsistencies in the story, its pretty good stuff (for instance, you wrote that gauss pistols give off a blue discharge, while a gauss weapon, for all I know, uses magnetism to propel a solid round through the barrel) but still, the characters are lifelike and fun, and the story is getting along nicely, so kudos to you!

in that article theres a short descirption of how the gauss rifle in fallout 3 works, and I suspose other gauss weaponry works roughly the same.
