So what are your thoughts regarding the new PokΓ©mon type? Personally, I think it's nice to have an advantage over Dragon types with PokΓ©mon that seem easy to get.

Wonder what they mean by interesting. I remember when I first got Sapphire version, how weirded out I was with the concept of a Water/Ground and Fire/Fighting type Pokemon. Speaking of which, there hasn't been a Grass/Poison starter since Generation 1.

From the looks of it they'll be fire/psychic, water/fighting, and grass/dark, which means the whole rock-paper-scissors dynamic could go both ways, which I'm not entirely sure if I like or not. None of those combos are unique, but dark and psychic have never been on starters before.
