The 1st sci-fi Saturday cartoon show I can remember, was Supercar, when I was 5, but then Fireball XL-5 came out 2 years later & just blew me away! Knew we'd be living on Luna & Mars by the year 2000; didn't count on the stupidity of politicians & the general masses.

Yeah. It's a crying shame; apparently television and cosmetics are more important to people than becoming a multi-planet species.

XL-5 predates me by a good twenty-two years, but my dad was a fan and raised me on it, so I tend to sneak references in here and there when I can.
