Yes, I know.  I'm planning to read the series when I have the time. I take it you have read the whole thing? It gets a lot of mixed reviews, but I'm sure Sanderson's job on it is excellent as always.

I can't say much for the content, since it was written using Jorden's original notes, so a lot of it was pre-made, Sanderson just made it pretty and made it a proper book. That said, it was well written, so I can't complain. He did have some small issues with phrasings being repetitive, particularly with cursing, and the ending was, to be blunt, a bit disappointing. Jorden hadn't quite finished his notes on the ending, so a major part of the story was left hanging. All in all, I do prefer Jorden's version better, but both were good, and it's an amazing series.

It's gonna be much better working with the new stuff.
Just have to wait for the RAM chips to come in the mail and I'm all set (I currently have only 4GB )

Bouldering seems like heavy work, but it must be good workout. I prefer walking or skiing xP

Haha oh, I hope they've arrived by now I came back to Berlin today! I did have a good time indeed, thank you Was good to see my grandma again and some old friends. Also got to visit a few new places, so yeah, overall it was a nice trip. And I left just when it was getting colder, haha

Hmm bouldering can be taxing, yeah, but it's a lot more about technique than you think. Its goal being, to get as much weight off your legs as possible. I'm definitely enjoying it And with my job keeping me in front of a screen all day long, it's good to move my body a bit, haha
But skiing sounds nice! I've never done downhill though. Do you go often?

Sounds like you had a very nice trip. Good time to leave when the weather got colder! You're probably not envious of the weather we recently had in Tromso (where I live). Snow, rain and lots of wind. The last few days have been brilliant though, with clear sky and nothern lights at night. :>

Do you do bouldering inside a hall or outside? The closest thing I come to bouldering is mountain hiking, but I avoid climbing as much as possible : P
Usually I go skiing every winter, mostly just in ski trails like this: www.langrenn.com/getfile.php/1… I really want alpine skis, because I only have cross-country skis that you can't swing with. So whenever going downhill I use my snowboard, but I don't do that very often. I'ts very fun (and easy) to drive the snowmobile with my big bro' up the mountain and then go downhill on the snowboard.

The last week I've painted a lot while listening to music (mostly progressive rock/metal) and, well... not much else if you don't count eating and sleeping. Not a very social week compared to you, but you know.. really had to try out my new machine
