Two things to be precise. One is a Flower crown on top of Farran's head, with a few natural stones embedded into it. I would like this crown to be added to the un-cloaked Farran on the right side. Secondly, I would like a small bracelet to be added onto left wrist. It will be a golden bracelet, with 2 Rhombus shaped stones, one  small blue sapphire stone on one side of it, and a small wh quartz on the other side of it, with a black line connecting the both on said bracelet.

Ok, first off, stones as in gemstones? What kind of colors?

Second, all the additions have a lot of details since your Farren description is complex clothing and accessory wise.
Just a head's up, it's going to cost you extra if you include the crown and the bracelet.

Yes, as in gemstones. A white quartz stone color is the one I would like to be added to the crown.
I would also like to know what the pricing issue would be, if I decided to only add in the crown and not the bracelet.

Alright.
If you take away the bracelet, then it'll lower the cost. According to the Terms and Policies, you have 3 accessories I can draw for you for free but according to the description, you have a utility belt with two pouches, a sword, and a climbing pick, tattoos, and a crown (excluding the bracelet). 

So if you're going to add a crown (which doesn't seem to have too many details added), I can let you pay me for a very cheap price (though, I don't know what specific crown design you want me to draw so the complexity might affect the cost).

Alright then, I'll just be adding the flower crown to this reference, nothing else. As for the complexity of the design, it would just be the same variety of white flowera weaves together, along with the natural quartz colored stones.
