I will be going to Japan ovder the summer for 3 months, to teach conversational English, I will live with host family and will live raw japanese lifestyle, and attempt to emerge speeking Japanese, I am only comprehincive in it, and speek very little, but not spell it well.the only thing I wish I could exsperiance was the steps of becomming a Geisha and seeing a Kabuki Play...^^ yea....kabuki is awsome- Insparation for my art all the way LoL!- So you are in collage?- I am gonig to collage this fall, I will majure in the Fine Arts.- Your Majur is cool as well- My firwend tease me saying I will come back with a boyfirend....but I dont know LoL!-Midori

Wow! How neat for you! Good luck with your trip. I'm going to Japan this summer too! And possibly next spring as well. Where are you going? I'll be in Tokyo. Geishas are interesting, but I've read that not many people train to become one anymore, so most of the existing geisha nowadays are old women. Kabuki is gorgeous, but toturously long! I just saw one about a month ago and I fell asleep three times. But, hey, whatever inspires you! Good luck in college. Fine arts is a great major. Yeah, so let me know how it goes!

Well becuase I am graduateing i have a lot more time to go back and see my firends. In Tokyo, yes. And Iberaki-Ken- far from Tokyo LoL!- I will begoing to Shikoku I think this time, and rent a family to live with, because none of my firends live there, and I really wanna visite LoL!- I saw a kabuki play about 2 years ago, and was hooked.- And Geisha's I just love.- Always have, and art- yea- pretty much acodemic stuped- so yea Im good at art so there ya go LoL!- I hope you have a brilliant time in Tokyo when yoy go!-Midori
