There are two new Avatar games that can somewhat replace tinierme. 

Firstly there is Nicotto Town or Nikotto Town. Its a website started by Square Enix. 
Secondly theres a Smartphone App called "LINE Play" it's for iPod Touch, iPad, iPhone, Android Smartphone.
