Oh dear. Hmmmm. What sort of reference do you use for the poses? It looks a bit like you just traced them over a window. Also, your use of color certainly needs some work, it's very rough.  I'd be happy to offer you some tips to improve your skills. Make sure you continue to practice, that's the only way to improve.

I have long stopped practicing, though there are sometimes that I play the Witcher 3 and get some dedication to make some sketches of Ciri, Yen and Geralt, but I haven't uploaded there here. As for references, after watching a few tutorials on Youtube, I started going through artists' work, seeing their anatomies and poses. I suppose that it is a mix of all I was seeing from their work, but at the time, it was something I saw daily so to learn. Now, not having the time to observe proportions, poses and to practice, I've given up. Hopefully, not forever.
