Again, another person that saw your confession on tumblr, and I'll quite honestly agree with the individual below that deviantART has honestly driven out its critics with the wave of young artists that don't take well to constructive comments.
I don't really believe it's a matter of jumping ship to a complete different site, but it's more a matter of who you surround yourself with. I know it can be difficult to find people on this site who would be responsive and helpful. (I know, I'm still looking for friends to help me with drawing)
Either way, I feel that you would eventually run into the same brick wall no matter where you venture. Though your voice has to be projected and heard by the masses. I'm sure you'll eventually have a few people come up to you and wish to help.

I've browsed your gallery, though not extensive as you may wish, but I feel like you have a lot of promise. There are some definite areas for improvement, but you certainly show a lot of dedication to your craft by the artwork you display.
I'll keep an eye on your artwork, and so long as you're willing to take my constructive thoughts, I'm willing to dish them out. I may not be a whole following of critics to help you improve, but I hope my lone self will suffice.

Well, I am surrounded by people who similar to me - similar level of drawing skills, but they don't really seek for help because they are happy with what they create and doesn't care about haters and stuff. I just want some advice, so I can improve a little bit and then I can stop, because it's all a Hobby for me - I am not planning to master all the things in Art

Saw your confession over at the artists confessions tumblr! I am always happy when people actually post a link to their art gallery page so that I can go there and look.
I understand your comment about wishing to have more people give you feedback and things! Deviantart is not the best site for that as of late since tumblr has gotten far more popular but is difficult for commenting due to some layouts not having comment modules imbedded.
Conceptart.org is a much better place if you are looking for critiques! But, beware the feedback might sound a little harsh depending on who is commenting<:
