if you know anyone that lives near Philly or Lancaster PA and breeds rats, I am looking for a male dumbo to add to our rattery. I will drive at least 2 hours to get one... willing to pay for shipping as well.

eeeeeeeee! such adorable little fuzzies. i know what it is to be obsessed with rats, too. i have three personal websites and each one has to do with rats.

kudos on the rescue work, too. i stopped buying petstore rats when i found out rescues exisisted, four or five years ago.

You are right there, ratties are a gift I hope to get more baby rattie photos on here soon. The litter of kittens I have here at the moment are just opening their eyes and leaving the nest .... such a cute time to take pics

Are you a rattery in the UK? It must be nice to breed there, there are so many ratteries with gorgeous babies ^_^. Good luck with your new litters!

No I am not a rattery, I do rescue work. I take in rats that people can not keep for some reason and I find them nice new forever homes through a forum in the uk. But I must say some I just fall in love with and end up staying This latest mum and babies, were a from a group of 30 rats dumped in a cardboard box at a vets. Because the boys were in with the girls, most of the girls were pregnant

Awww, poor little poops. We have a pet store here that can never seem to separate the males and females soon enough, so they of course sell girls that are pregrant, and then the new owners end up bringing in the litters to resell, agian. It's a cycle. Sometimes I think they do it on purpose.

I'm totally obsessed with my ratties But as you can see, I have more flower photos than rat ones because at least the flowers stay still to have their photo taken

Egad! I know. I couldn't get Ambrosia to hold still for a photo. I just had to keep snapping and hope she was in frame. LOL

Thank you I have not been taking outdoor photos for very long, this is really the first summer that I have tried taking photos of flowers. Well getting my first digital SLR I thought I would give it a go. Any advice or pointers would be gratefully accepted
