well I was hoping for some help defining and getting all the details of Sarah for her upcoming debut scene ^^ I have Bios/files for some of the main cast and I was hoping that maybe you could fill one of them out (I'd have to edit it of course because she serves in the E.C.C and not the UCASC)

Yes I can do that. Idea/suggestion: Would it be easier if she WAS in the ECC and now she serves in the UCASC....I may have gotten confused when I created her.

Well the E.C.C and the UCASC can work together just like any other species' governing body that is part of the UCASC. However being in the E.C.C Means that she protects Human space, serves on Human navy ships, uses Human weapons, and sees to Human issues. Think of the UCASC like the army and each race's Space navy (which they built in order to travel through space and ended up discovering the UCASC with) as the local police force. For major issues you'd call in the "army" (UCASC for the sake of this example), but for a local problem that is really only a problem to that race you'd call in the "local police force" (the Navy of whoever is having the problem). If the problem is really bad then the UCASC would show up to help of course, but each race must to a certain degree be self-reliant to prevent them from becoming a burden to the UCASC and the Galactic Society therein. Back with the "Army" "Police" analogy; the local police of one state aren't called into another state when that police force has a problem unless it's a big one or they have the manpower to spare. So if the Human Government (E.C.C) was having an issue on let's say a Human Colony, they could ask for UCASC help but really it is more of a Human issue that they would take care of themselves unless they called in the navy of another nearby race because they didn't think they could handle it. Each planet and race has their own unique culture and Space Navy that they built during their space exploration period. The UCASC is something greater than all of them that is far more powerful and made up of ever race working for the common good. The UCASC is a group meant to manage , lead, and protect the way of life that is created when all these other races get together and want to live and work together in the universe. They have their own territory made up of unclaimed space and the space of all the races that choose to be a part of the UCASC; and take care of big issues that affect many races and patrolling the space that makes up its territory.
I thought it was cool that you chose E.C.C for Sarah, because that means she serves in the Human military/navy. And while the E.C.C (like any other group that adheres to and is a willing part of the UCASC) takes care of Human Problems and our growth, that doesn't mean that she can't help OTHER races or receive orders from the UCASC Council because it is a superior power. Consider the UCASC like the President and the Leaders of a single race of people like the Humans a Mayor, both are authority figures that hold power but one's word affects bigger things and holds more power over the other. It's okay for you to keep her as she is now, that only means the nature of her actions with the UCASC is different than the main cast of the show when she shows up, but not completely unrelated. She's a part of what makes the UCASC and even bigger still the Galactic Community that the UCASC represents work, a member of a UCASC supporting race that takes care of the issues of one race of people by choosing to serve in the Navy of her people rather than signing up to serve in the exclusive UCASC Navy that takes care of larger scale missions and boarder patrolling. If everyone signed up for the big issues and UCASC level work there'd be no one seeing to the little issues that help space faring races exist in such a large scale.
For her I just need to tweak the bio so instead of being like the UCASC file it focuses more on how her fellow Human Navy men and women see her and how the Leaders of the E.C.C think of her. Of course if you'd like to include an assessment of what the UCASC Council thinks of her that's okay too ^^ If you'd like I'll send you all the Bios I have done so far so you can get an idea of what I mean and I will also send you a blank and edited one for you to fill out about Sarah ^^ lol sorry for how wordy this got.

OK just read through the profiles....I am going to need to think for a while. A few things: 1. Are their any high gravity colonies/ places she could have grown up on? 2. I'd need a few ship names and or conventions for ship names.

Because where the story starts she's been loaned or assigned to the Mozart under the command of Commodore Woodacher (that dapper looking fellow you commented on) And as for the colonies I'll have to check my records ^^
