she was almost home when she crossed the street as a cat she couldn't be seen easily

Nicole was walking home with her older sister, Sarah, they were both just left their Aunt's house, which was only a couple blocks away from their house, and they were crossing the street when they saw something. "What the..." Muttered Nicole, as she walked to see what it was, and her light blue eyes widened slightly, "Oh my god, Sarah get over here!" She said, as Sarah came over, they both saw Neko.Β

"Fuck... we need to get her to mom..." Sarah said, noticing that Neko was still breathing, Nicole looked at Sarah "Your joking right? It's midnight! Mom is alseep for all we know!" Sarah looked at her younger sister, and sighed "Mom maybe or maybe not be sleeping, we have to aleast see if she's still awake, c'mon already" said Sarah, moving some of her short ginger hair out of her face, and Nicole sighed "Fine..." she muttered, before picking up Neko gently, before she and Sarah ran off in the direction of their house.Β

nekos wounds kept bleeding heavily and her breathing began to decrease little by little Β

They both made it home, they ran inside to see their mom still awake, who was dozing off a bit, but woke up fully when both Sarah and Nicole just ran inside. "What's wrong? What happened?" Their mother, Jenny, asked, and Nicole looked at Neko, who was in her arms, bleeding pretty badly, "Oh dear... girls, follow me" Jenny said, standing up, walking to a room in the house, and Both Sarah and Nicole followed. The room looked like a little vet's room, and Nicole set Neko down on the table, Jenny started treating Neko's wounds, trying to stop the bleeding, with some help from Sarah, while Nicole was slightly pacing, running her fingers threw her medium length ginger colored hair.

when all of her wounds were treated she opened her eyes slightly reviling the odd colors of her teal and yellows eyes
but she closed them to tried to even think about what happened.
