Yush, I love the idea of a simpler majestic as all shite boucle *u* yeah, agreed. Nords aren't really my pace, to be honest, boucle seem much nicer for what I'm interested in, and the staff seem great to talk with <3 (Side note, is there a proper species resource sheet that explains their magic/elements and things? I only dug up the tier/earnings journals o3o or is magic just a kaaring alternative, and elements are just for RP stuff? Cx)

hehe <3 Uhm, they don't have a breed sheet per se... The staff are lovely Pretty much all the information is in journals, with the colours, birthstones, mutations and so forth being in the gallery. Some of the journals tell you about the breeding-only mutations (which are awesome) and there is also a quick-guide on the genetics as well in the journals.
The breed is so free and open that you can pretty much do whatever - sometimes things are answered in the comments on the journals, so do give those a read as well
You get magic points from your boucles using magic, so it's not just an rp thing, it's valued properly

Yes! That's the best part about Boucles, they have teamed up with another group that does equestrian-style training (which they give bonus points for) but you can also use your pon entirely as an OC I don't think they sell out super fast. Who did you ask? Oh which contest?
