Not much man, just finishing up a contest entry for "The Goon" fan art contest which is organized by Eric Powell who is the creator of "The Goon", I decided to take a chance on this contest because I thought it would be fun to draw this character due to the fact that it is one of my favourite comics right now, just taking a break from portfolio until I am finished the contest entry. Fan Expo was pretty good,I enjoyed it. That's alright man, I completely understand, you were very busy with your commission list, that is not a problem. Yeah I thought since I had the time, thought I should upload all of my pictures. Alright, sounds good, Please let me know what you think.

Yo Darren. It's been going alright. Just trying to finish up some stuff. I haven't done anything comic book related since the fan expo. Actually, there's this cover/poster that's for sale that i did for this comic. I'll send out a note or journal or whatever when i get the chance.

That's cool man, It is a good switch for a chance. No new stuff up yet for me, do not have time to put it up on da but I just did a couple of thank you cards for people who attended my graduation party, and starting to work on another pic of eminem and a limp bizkit piece for my mom's boyfriend's brother's birthday so I am about to do that.I will put those up when I get the chance. Yo man I remember I suggested some hip-hop/rap artists that you should listen to, check out Tech N9ne, Dilated Peoples, Yelawolf, Slaughterhouse, and Classified. they are pretty talented. check out ncix.com there really popular! they even have a youtube channel with reviews of products i bought my intous4 from them at 350$ special... plus tax was almost 400$ --- i ordered online came in a nice bubble wrap box inside was my intous box supper happy about my purchase !!!

I didn't get a scanner yet. It's hard to decide which one to buy because i can't find the specs on the size of the scanner surfaces that easily. 11 x 17 at least and most are 8.5 x 11. And when i ask employees at computer stores they look at me with a look that says, "you know more about these things than i do, sir."

hmm 11 x 17 scanner looks pretty expensive and i know most walk in stores dont have that prob have to order online for that size... if you find a cheap one let me know

my printer/scanner/copier was dying and luckily i was given a new one by someone because this person now possesses a new one. The problem is, the scanner is 8.5" x 11" which is slightly smaller than my previous scanner...so...i still need a scanner. I was also thinking of getting a really good camera instead. This way i can take pictures of my stuff and take pictures of references and what not instead of my using my awesome 3mp camera phone!

The picture you did of Tim Drake as Joker was the first picture I saw, and I fell in love with it. If I were to get something from your gallery, that'd definitely be it.

But depending on my money situation, I might just ask something original of you, if you do that sort of thing.

Yeah, that one's pretty popular. Right now it's on sale on a wall in a comic book store in Toronto. It's $450 with the frame if you want it. But sure, if you're interested in something else, just ask whenever

Yeah! At conventions i get a lot 'wtf'-type comments. They're usually paired with 'awesome' type comments though. It's my most popular painting. I like doing original stuff for people and going outside of my comfort zone. not too 'outside' but i learn how to draw and paint better when i try new things

Yeah. More like a costume designer. I also draw the interior pages for Black Spy. I completed 3 issues, and now, I'm doing the 4th issue. You're painting the fifth issue cover. I'm actually more excited about the Pinocchio, that's why I got over-hyped when Timothy showed me your gallery. I was, like, O___O, when I saw your paintings.

I think it would make a complete costume if he was wearing a hat. When I drew sketches of him, I realized I was missing something, and it was the hat. His messy hair isn't going to make a "final" costume look, you know what I mean? It's either the hat, or really cool hairstyle.
