Really? Hmm, I downloaded the zip folder from the page, and I didn't see any missing textures off hand. I can double check. I did see a couple of messed up facials so I may fix those sooner or later.
And Mighty? Maybe? I'm not sure at this point. His shell/head to body situation is confusing, at least in 3D.

I think the real problem is the facial morph:
Whatever I choose to slide, it goes white. And also some models like glowing silver have missing facials.

I suggest to update Retsuko and fix some issues like her tail physics, no separed fingers, the lack of a slightly angry expression, lack of a wink, non movable ears and other glitches which you may find while opening the file in mmd.
