Hello! I wanted to buy this character, but then I found out that the author of this character creates only off brand. I think this is a semblance of this species, although the character is a little different (But I may be wrong, as I am not familiar with this species), so I'm here.Β I don't want to get into trouble.
The current owner (The person I wanted to buy a pony from. He is not an author) does not understand the species of ponies and does not know what an off brand is, so he cannot be guilty in any way.
I want to find out some things:
1) I see that this character is slightly different from this species, but I want to find out if he has a right to exist? What are the conditions?
2) If this character can exist, then won't it be a problem if I become its owner?
If the answers are negative, then I will understand everything ^^ I am against the theft of cs, but this is a bit special case (because I don't quite understand, this character just looks like a species or not), so I want to find out everything I can.Β I won't buy a character if it's not allowed.

We allow off brands they just aren't considered official to our group or masterlists so any art or feature with them will be declined from us but you're free to own and use them as you wish for yourself! They just will not be considered official ^^

Hi Ryan! We've had no issues with the Pondbutt Trading Center folder lately, but I did notice the Koi Koin Seeking Center was closed, so I've opened that back up. Please feel free to try and resubmit!
On that note, we don't usually allow seeking journals for pondies, but you are welcome to seek Koi Koins in exchange for artwork (which you can use to buy a MYO slot at the Frog Pond ), or submit a commission journal with pond designs as an acceptable form of payment. Does that make sense?
