Yep I do.
First off you need to buy some elastic, create hoops and tie to make hair ties then you buy whatever you want to create the locks. I used natural fiber yarn then some thick black yarn, you work out how long you want them measure it out and double it and cut it. Tie them to the elastic in the middle and you should have two dreads which are the length you want. Repeat the process until you have the right thickness for two bunches of hair attached to both the elastic parts.
Then you can add fun stuff like foam which I used, you can buy it at any craft store or art outlet. They come in tonnes of different colors. For those in my pictures I cut individual ones at around three quarter inch thickness and lapped them over the top of the yarn at the point where you tied it to the elastic, then you just sew it in. You can add tubing too which I just cut the same as I did the yarn, tying in half at the middle point and then you should be done. I like to sew my tubes onto the hair just to make sure it's secure. Then you can draw on the foam or add different colors too it, gluing or sewing, I recommend sewing however.
