I was Googling kitsune images and came across your work, which got me to sign in to my dA page after a few years away. Really hoping to use one of your pieces as part of a new tattoo in the not too distant future. ^_^

If I ever learn how to sew...lol....I REALLY need to get a fox design from you to embroider a yukata/kimono...(whichever one I try) with. I love your style! I think the simple but strong and well-placed lines would make a perfect pattern. Either that or get a stencil made and paint them onto the fabric.

Hi, and thank you--I'm very glad you like them! Is there a particular fox design you're interested in? A few of them are up for sale at my website here, under 'open editions': www.rhpotter.com/tattoos/tatto… . A lot of my designs are tattoo commissions, though, and part of the commission process is that I promise my clients their designs will never be resold as tattoos--that way their tattoo design can stay a one-of-a-kind original. So I apologize if you had an eye on one of those--I know it's a disappointment. On the other hand, if you'd like an original design of your own, I'm always accepting commissions, so just let me know.

I don't mind you using my work as a reference--I would just ask that you do not copy my designs exactly and post them up as your own. Unfortunately I've had several other people on Deviantart do this.

I've enjoyed your fox designs for years and have been keeping up with each and every one. They're really great! I know you take pride in them and deserve the credit for creating them, so I was wondering if you willingly contributed to the cover of the books "Kitsune Mochi" and "Kitsune Tsuki"? I was browsing the Kindle App Bookstore when I noticed that these two books used your fox art for the covers. I couldn't check to see if the art was credited to you, so I decided to check in with you and let you know - in case you didn't already. Well, that's all I have to say.
