I've always done it where one person draws a lineart and the other person colors it, and then switch.  Unless you have an idea c;

i really enjoy your designs, so you wouldn't mind if i get maybe a few?
for this one, i'd like a dragon that has dark purple/blue/indigo colors, kinda night-time themed, and fluffy fur 
i normally like being surprised with my customs, so just with that loose guideline i'll let your imagination run free c:
