I am mostly a fan of brunettes, but red heads are a close second.  Auberns are particularly nice as they combine the two:

I understand.  Artists always told me that hair can be one of the more difficult things to draw, I found that out for myself when I started to draw.   Marianne's hair was hard enough to do, but Dawn's?  OY VEY! Her hair was hard to do:

Disco Dawn - Strange Magic Fanfic Chapter 4 Dress

I had trouble with her body, but her face came out really nice and conveyed the expression I wanted.  Her hair came out MUCH better than my first attempt here:

Dawn - You want my Boggy?...I go through you!!

Her dress as it was in the movie was a pain to do too, so when I did the sketch in the first link, I just made her a different dress.  Something very similar but a bit prettier...a halter dress with a plunging neckline.  It was easier to draw and still comes off as an elegant dress.
