The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus. I can't believe it won two awards. What is this world coming to? It made no sense! I thought it would be good because it had Johny Depp and other notable actors and it sounded interresting. Basically this guy made a deal with the devil: immortality for his daughter when she becomes 16. Now he wants to save her. But that is the only thing I understand after watching it for two hours. It is so random: the characters have boring conversations that don't make any sense and they go through a magical mirror that takes them places that don't make sense. At the end, the daughter hates her father and dances through a door to hell. Then more random stuff happens that doesn't make sense and it ends with the father selling little pop up stages of the imaginarium. WHAT ON EARTH! I think the director made that movie just to waste 2 hours of my life. Though one good thing came out of the experience. I felt so cluttered that I cleaned my room and became sane again after painting Crimson Masquerade.
