Thank you much for the kind wishes. I'm slow in replying, but I did have a very nice birthday with my family. I do want to keep posting art but I don't know what all I'm allowed to post at this time. The project has changed and evolved, but I don't know if I can post any of the earlier stuff or not. I'll see. Other than that I just have more coloring. Pretty sure I can post more of that. So keep yer eyes peeled.

I did that a while back to send to artist Eric Basaldua. He had some "Go Ass" promotional thing going on... I don't even remember the specifics of it anymore. But "Go Ass!" is really HIS thing. But you are welcome to use my image. Just, as you said, give proper credit somewhere. Hope it works out for you.

Thank you for the kind words. To put things into perspective though, I'm 38 years old and this is all work from the past 10 to 13 years. So I'm not as prolific as I would like to be or SHOULD be. There is, however, quite a bit of work that I have done in the past year or two that I have not been able to post because of nondisclosure agreements. Hopefully I will be able to release those soon (fingers crossed).

I don't know, man. But don't be too hard on the community, I signed up here three years ago, but then I did absolutely nothing until just this late August when a fiend of mine showed me how to post stuff and create folders. So really, all the page views count for just a little over two months! AND I was honored with a Daily Deviant spot. So I'm pretty happy. But hey! if you want to spread the word and boost my page-views and tell the world that I'm available for work... please do!! that would be awesome!

I use the pen tool to do the lines and then... just fill in the color
It's not very creative because my fanarts are based on screencaps, but it's very fun to do and a good way to express my love for a show or character

so that means it's all vector based? that's nuts! yer either really good or really patient. either way, my hat goes off to you. What I suggest you do is make some of your own sketches, scan them in and apply your crazy vector skillz to them and see what you get!

touchy subject I see.
the "output" is in pixels and what you see on your screen is a representation of pixels as defined by your file specifications (height, width, and dpi). But those points, lines, curves, and shapes you are creating and tweaking in the Path layer with your pen tool.... those are vectors. But whatever, I'm still impressed. Whatever you want to call it, you have a talent for it. Keep it up.

Because it says you can enlarge vectors without any loss of quality (it does not "pixellate"), and you can't do that with my images...
