Hey, dear! Is everything alright? Haven't heard from you in a while.
On a quick random note, I thought of something pretty awesome: A playlist that's relevant to our OTP! It sounds crazy, I know, but listen to the songs, and all will make sense.
1. Bad Romance - Halestorm (this one should be self-explanatory. XD)
2. Addicted - Kelly Clarkson (dark-themed and very beautiful.)
3. Stricken - Disturbed (also pretty self-explanatory, but with more...gusto.)
4. Delirium - Epica (they're my favourite band. The emotions in this song are just so powerful.)
5. Unleashed - Epica (less OTP, more just Manni. It's pretty awesome.)
6. Everybody's Fool - Evanescence (The opposite of the one above. More Vanus, less OTP.)
7. Whisper - Evanescence (I love, love, LOVE this song. It's all about fear and not wanting to see negative changes in a person.)
8. Under Your Spell - Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Once More With Feeling (Okay, I know it's from a show, but if you twist the words a little bit it'd be the cutest happy song for them. Seriously.)
9. The Promise - In This Moment (This my favourite song for them. Everything is just perfect.)
10. Monster - Lady Gaga (Just for fun. )
11. My Mind's Eye - Sirenia (Oooh, this one is dark and intense. Picture it from Manni's perspective.)
12. Jar of Hearts - Christina Perri (Sad, but fitting. I love the lyrics.)
13. It's Been Awhile - Staind (Why the hell not?)
14. I Hate Everything About You - Three Days Grace (The title says it all, really...)
15. The Crow and the Butterfly - Shinedown (It reminds me of how they'd reflect on earlier days.)
That's all for the moment, I hope you have fun with those. I might be the only one in the world that hears those songs and imagines that kind of thing. I'm okay with that. Hope to hear from you soon! <3

The rarest art is the best . It makes people long for it more. I believe (if I am not mistaken,if I am please forgive me ) that I read a fanfic you wrote about Galerion and Mannimarco (i believe it was called "Antithesis") and I simply loved it! If it was your mind that produced that story I wanted to tell you personally how much I enjoyed it Keep on the good work

Oh my goodness, you actually read that?! Haha, I thought no one was interested. XD I need to go back and edit it a bit, but yes, it's mine. Those two are kind of my OTP, as it turns out. I wish more people liked them as much as I did. I'm in the process of writing a more...detailed oneshot for them, too, and have thought about posting both that and Antithesis over here on dA. I can't even begin to tell you how awesome you are for this. I rarely get feedback on any of my work, especially my writing. To hear that people like it makes me feel like I produced something worthwhile.

Believe me,it's such an awesome Fanfic! I searched the internet for days for a fanfic of them both and I felt like I found gold when I saw your work (NO JOKE ) Please, please do post them . Since ESO came out I actually developped a real obsession with Mannimarco and Galerion ( damned white-haired/blonde elves, they're too gorgeous for their own good) . Not many bother to send a feedback or something , but people on tumblr would love to see your work, have you tried posting it there? You would be surprised how many things happen there . Now you made me anxious ,I can't wait to see what you prepared for them . Good luck, and remember that sooo many others would be amazed by your art, they just have to find it through the imense internet

I think I will, once I complete my editing. It'll be a whole new audience! I haven't really considered Tumblr since I don't have an account or anything, but it's something I should probably think harder about. All my friends are really into it. -shrug- But YES. ESO has only made my obsession with them even worse. All the little interactions and subtle hints...if I didn't think it was possible that they could've been together before, I certainly do now. <3 I actually came up with the idea for the oneshot while playing. I mean, much as I love Mannimarco, I think it's a bit silly of the former Emperor to hire someone like him (a very well-known necromancer with a bad attitude) without even CONTACTING the leader of the Mage's Guild who is a natural expert on all things magic. So, in my little fic, he does contact Vanus without telling the rest of the Companions. When he shows up, things happen. It's about half-way done.

the phrase "things happen" brought a big grin on my face. In fact, the whole comment did this . Indeed, the idea of him being hired just like that with not a whole serious "job interview" is a little strange . Something more must have happened ! And lets be serious, does the idea "bring the dead soldiers back to life through forbidden magic to fight for you" seem easy to accept with no magic-expert council? And Manni even admitted in "Oblivion" that he was still fond of Vanus Seriously you made me excited,I wish you good luck in writing it and may you receive the audience and feedback you deserve because these two little elves always get paired so sweetly ,that someone HAD to make such a story . I must thank you for sharing the previous one,and I cannot wait to see what you come up with in the new one

You're most welcome! On that subject, though, I'd be more than willing to take a fic request from you if you'd be interested. I'd love to have an actual REASON to write more of this pairing beyond my own desire to see it happen. XD I can't do anything extensive, but I can definitely do something between one and three chapters long. ^^ Oh goodness, his Oblivion comments. Haha, according to that, he kept him as a Worm Thrall. Mostly creepy, a little bit romantic. LOL In the meantime, thank you so much! If you have any ideas/prompts for me, just send them in a note. Heck, it doesn't even have to be them. I know waaaaay too much about the Elder Scrolls series. Pretty much anything related is fair game.

I thank you sooo much for your offer ,but all I can say is that all I want is to see those itense moments between those two. I do not mean only romantic stuff, just scenes that involve them both which I believe you wrote plenty of . I must tell you that there is one scene that left a mark on my imagination (so to say ) ,that one scene in Galerion's dream after he left the Order when Manni told him "I'm always here" . It somehow brings me chills when I imagine it <3.
Oh,and I always thought about how does Mannimarco treat his followers. Like, sometimes he calls them "his children" (in "Arkay the enemy" he reaallly looked like a father figure to me which is beyond strange ) which makes me think that he actually is really able to feel so much for those that follow him even though he turned "dark" and he is viewed as a senseless being by most. If it is possible, and if you wish it,it would be nice to see something like this,a short interraction with a member of his guild ,how he reacts to their failures and if he really has true feelings towards them.
Meh,I know it may sound silly ,but I would never ever mind if you chose not to write such things . And about romantism,I really do think necromancers are romantic beings (they kidnap people, kill them, then revive them and make 'em part of the family or even more and spend all eternity in love with a corpse ,what's not romantic in that? )
+ I am so happy to meet someone that is well versed in TES lore . I mean,I know their history and legends better than those of our world's ,it is rather insane . Anyway,if I can be of any help I am mooore than happy to help ! . Thank you once again !

You are just so awesome. Maybe I'll have you read my oneshot before I post it just to get a second opinion. The scene you described was amazingly fun for me to write. I think poor Vanus would be haunted by all those memories. But you're absolutely right about how Mannimarco treats his follower: they actually mean something, where as Vanus just kind of looks as his Guild like, "Meh, I could probably do better." It's kind of funny, actually (I even touched a little bit on that subject in the oneshot.) Much as I love him, Vanus is kind of a snot. XD
I like your idea a lot! I have a character that I can use for it, too, so it won't be too difficult to put together. I'll also probably write a short ficlet about him talking to the Vanus-Worm-Thrall, too. I always wanted to write something that creepy.
I know way more about it, too. I don't know if it's depressing or awesome. XD Most of my friends say it's somewhere in between.
I can't tell you how much I've liked talking to you. There are so few people out there who are as enthusiastic about TES as I am (much less the same OTP, mind you), so it's been amazing to find a like spirit. I'll keep you posted on the fic's progress.

I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am that you considered my idea And that I finally got to tell you how much I like "Antithesis" . I believe there are a lot of people with such a passion for TES ,but they're rather hard to find .
I don't know why ,but Mannimarco seems to have a much fuller spirit than Vanus. They have different objectives, and as Manni chose a darker side he is automatically considered evil and the antagonist. Nobody realises that all he has done, and all it is known about necromancy it's because of him. He started from a simple mage and ended up a god ...but that after much time . I am so fascinated by him .
Indeed Vanus wanted more to stop Mannimarco rather than to create a guild that will study magic and teach it to every willing student. That is maybe why he saw himself in need to leave the guild behind. He didn't rule them as he should've (he could learn a thing or two from Mannimarco ) Oh,and I haven't seen any wormie betraying Manni (as far as I know, they were all devoted ) whereas there were some betrayers in the Mages Guild .
Oh my,I'm babbling too much!
I think the idea with Vanus the Thrall is rather romantic (or even better- necROMANTIC ) .
I would be so honoured if you chose to allow me to read the oneshot . But ,of course, you will decide that afterwards . Thank you so much for informing me about the progress,it really means a lot . Good luck and may you have tons of fun writing it !

No, your babbling is quite awesome, nothing I haven't thought at some point, too. On the subject of Mage's Guild betrayal, do you remember Oblivion? There were two higher-ups that were actually Worm Cultists all along! It's so crazy. Honestly, both Mannimarco and Vanus are my favourite NPCs in the whole series (in additon to Martin Septim, Teldryn Sero and Ancano).
Vanus the Thrall will definitely happen. It would be hilarious for one of his cultists to discover him walking around unsupervised and be like, "Sir, who is that?" "Don't worry about it. I DIDN'T MAKE HIM FOR YOU." (If you'll pardon the Rocky Horror Picture Show comparison, however accurate I think it is. XD)
Yeah, the oneshot's almost done. I'm starting on the rather....interesting parts, now. I always get so embarrassed while writing it. I think it'll be worth it, though. Nothing between them is ever short of intense.
You're so welcome! I don't mind at all. It's nice to have made a new friend that shares my enthusiasm for one of the most underrated pairings in the entire TES series.

Oww, "interesting parts" are my fav for sure . You shouldn't get embarassed, just think that it is something natural and normal (as normal as those two can be ). But I'm sure you had plenty of fun writing that . Can't I purchase a "Vanus the thrall"? It would be soo awesome to have one too . But I doubt Manni would ever share him .
I am soo excited about these fanfictions I could explode . Pardon my imagination ,it's starving .
I am also happy to have found someone that likes ESO and especially these two "little" guys . Those NPCs you mentioned are some of my favs too,but I must add Sheogorath and his cheese obsession. If I lived on Nirn,I would worship "the cheese out" of that Daedric Prince he is just too funny and awesome. But still,I would consider worshipping the God of Worms too, after all he is my current obsession .
I still dream that maybe one day someone will think of adding some content about Mannimarco and Vanus's past in ESO. Buuuut that remains to be seen .

They're typically my favourite scenes, too, just not when I'm the one writing them. XD Your perspective on it is quite nice, though. I never considered it like that. Though, I have to ask (for the sake of the oneshot, mostly, because I'm having a bit of trouble) which one do you view as the generally more dominant? I mean, they seem like the type to trade off, but I wonder who it would be after 300+ years of not seeing each other/being distantly angry. I'd really like to know your opinion.
If someone could just make a set of dolls for the two of them, I would be endlessly happy. Bethesda has so little merchandising that I'm just begging for someone out there to try their hand at making something like that. It certainly won't be me, I'm too broke and am strictly a 2D artist. I can't sculpt/sew/do anything similar to those two for my life.
Pfft, my imagination is starving, too. Like I said, outside of you, I'm the only one I know of that has a thing for these guys. I come up with ideas ALL THE TIME and have so few people to share with it.
LOL Sheogorath, I can't believe I forgot him. I always thought that I'd end up being one of his Worshippers, too, provided our lovely King of Worms isn't around. The Shivering Isles made Oblivion even more amazing than it was to begin with. How can anyone resist the God of Madness? Personally, I think some of his best moments were in ESO while dealing with "Shally." I died laughing every time he yellled at Shalidor for interfering. "HOW DO YOU KEEP GETTIN' IN HERE?!"
I take it as a personal challenge to keep writing their backstory. Hence Antithesis, actually. XD Maybe someday, I won't have to. We can only hope.

SaerwenBeriadanwen In reply to LemonSugarcube [2014-08-18 23:36:40 +0000 UTC]
Generally I believe the more dominant one would be Mannimarco . Not only because he seems a little bit older, but because of his personality. I think he really knows how to control people, how to convince them to do stuff ( as he is described in his biographies, you know, when he persuaded people that witnessed his Cult's operations to be silent ). He is also very wise,as many sought his advice even though they feared him, which says a lot . Also, when I read Antithesis, Vanus seemed rather "soft" in his presence. Vanus's feelings were more proeminent so to say . But ,of course, 300 years without any contact might have changed them drastically. Mannimarco hated what Vanus created (the guild) but Galerion's hate towards seems somehow bigger than Manni's After all,he admits of still being fond of Vanus . I think that,by this time, as you said they got to the point where they trade off. Vanus seemed a little bit scared of what his friend (more than that ! ) had become, but after so many years the feeling might've died,so ,again I write all these lines only to say that I agree that they trade off . I somehow think that their "current" relationship is somehow balanced,no matter how much hate and anger might've poisoned some feelings.
I reaaaally hope I didn't confuse you more! I sometimes talk too much . Apologies!
I come up with ideas all the time too,but I really lack the talent and patience to write everything down . But,thanks to people like you ,I can satisfy my hunger (thank youuu!! )
Speaking of Bethesda and merchandising ,I waited sooo loong ,and hoped and dreamed that maybe they'll release a poster with Mannimarco (as seen on the ESO trailer- the seige ) . But when their book with posters came out, there was NO mention of our dear King of Worms. No joke,my heart was broken
Soo,I tried making a poster myself ,so I drew one that turned up quite well .Soo I placed it on my wall only for it to fall behind a small wardrobe that is somehow stuck/glued to my wall and floor (who came up with the brilliant idea to stuck the furniture to the walls I really don't know but that's just stupid ) So now, there lies my dear Mannimarco getting dusty .
I am no lucky girl when it comes to this stuff.
I hope I was of any minimal help to you and I hope the writing goes well .
P.S.: Lets say that I would not mind getting punished by a jealous(more likely mad ) King of Worms who's followers dare worship another god (provided that he doesn't use me as a fresh corpse )

LemonSugarcube In reply to SaerwenBeriadanwen [2014-08-19 00:13:49 +0000 UTC]
You know, I always thought that, too. The only reason I thought about potentially switching them around a bit is to satisfy my own desire to see him be in control for once, since I bet it was a very rare occurrance, even when they were young. Mannimarco is pretty pushy, after all. The oneshot will have (kind of) two romance scenes, though I plan for one to be a lot more detailed than the other. That way, I can give them both a chance to get their way, if you catch my meaning. Also, the plot involves the rest of the Five Companions betting on whether or not Manni and Vanus were more than friends before the Artaeum incident. I'm not really sure how they'd find out one way or the other since those two are so secretive about their private lives, but for the sake of the plot, they must find out SOMEHOW. Any ideas?
In all honesty, I rarely finish the things I start. XP That's why Antithesis still only has six chapters that are desperately in need of editing. I'm a procrastinator. It's not a good thing to be when people are actually interested in the things you write.
Pffft, I figured they wouldn't have anything like that. I guess they all just assume that their fanbase goes for the good guys. -sigh- I've been waiting almost as long for a poster of Loki from the films, too. The only difference is that he actually has a fanbase LARGER than the protagonist's, so it's probably more likely that we'll see a Loki poster before we ever get Mannimarco art from Bethesda.
You have been an amazing help! Someday I'd like to tell you about my main Skyrim character, Adiah. He's an Altmer lich, also, but his story is a bit different. If you're interested, let me know. I draw him even more than I draw the others.
LOL Your last comment made me laugh. XD Somehow I think that ending up as a zombie would be a lot more likely. After all, in my headcanon, his heart (what's left of it, anyways, he is 1130 by the time Oblivion happens) belongs to another.

Hmm..how could they find out?Maybe (even though it sounds silly) by *magical* eavesdropping ,or lets just asume that Tharn would become so interested in working with Mannimarco that maybe he'd like to know everything about him,soo he proceeds by spying with caution(and,of course Manni is aware of what this little human is planning but still doesn't really care as Tharn is often refered to as "disposable" . Maybe Tharn is not seen as a threat so he lets him go ) If you watch Game of Thrones,Tharn would be in the role of Varys and his little spider-spies. (but,of course, Varys is much more awesome ).
If you want,I could think about other ways for the Companions to find out about those two .
Owww it would be awesome to hear Adiah's story! Or to see him . You got me at "altmer lich" .I made soo many Skyrim characters that I can't even remember all the stories I made for them. I am currently playing as a Nord Mage (a rather special Nord mage,I installed the Magna-Ge mod and my character is super strong ) As you can imagine I played as Altmer soo much that I had to change the race at least once . I miss my little warrior Airadan , he is such a sweet Altmer - even though some of my mods created some conflicts and somehow, when he is fighting ,he has that Thalmor Justiciar voice that constantly says "Bow to meee!! " "Die dog!" or stuff like that. He scares me but he is still a nice guy )
Unfortunately ,I am a procastinator too . But I'm enjoying summer as much as I can before I start University, because when autumn comes I'm done -ok,not really done but almost -
There was noo doubt that I'd get to be just a silly Thrall, maybe cleaning the night pots for the cultists (Sheogorath would be laughing his ass off )

I like the idea of Tharn eavesdropping in some way. XD I think he'd be a bit disturbed by the things he hears, though. I figured Lyris and Sai would do it the old fashioned way and sit at the door. Varen would probably just straight up ask. He seems like the type to do something so bold. You're totally right. Mannimarco would even probably get a kick out of the looks on their faces when/if they discover what's really been going on since Vanus left with him. So much for studying. But go ahead! If you've got more ideas, tell me. ^^
Okay, I can give you the short version of Adiah's story (I have some old drawings of him in my gallery, if you feel like looking.) Basically, he grew up in Morthal, in Skyrim, the son of a former Thalmor bookkeeper and a female Legate in the Imperial legion (her name's Andromeda. Her father was my Oblivion character, though he wasn't the Hero of Kvatch.) His father was actually a convict in his former employer's eyes, as he had to escape from them in order to start a new life. When Adiah is 21, his father (Zaphir is his name, by the way,) is captured and imprisoned. Three years later, Andromeda goes to the Embassy on a "routine inspection" and discovers her husband dead after years of torture. Adiah goes pretty much crazy after hearing this, as he was mostly raised by his father since his mom was always gone on missions for the Empire. He leaves Morthal suddenly with the intention of getting revenge on the Thalmor, leaving everyone (including his lover, Kyrrien, a male Dunmer from a refugee family) behind.
Keep in mind, he's only 24 with no formal training of any kind. He's pretty talented in Conjuration, but doesn't really have any other skills. He ends up getting chased into this fort that used to be filled with necromancers and finds what appears to be the Staff of Worms, sitting on a pedestal in a secret room, along with a journal saying that the previous owner of the Staff (Manni, naturally. I figured that there's no way he could've DIED in Oblivion. He's a lich. You have to destroy his phylactery to fully kill him, and you definitely DIDN'T do that in-game,) is still existing in a cave near Winterhold. Figuring that this is his chance to get the power he needs to defeat the Thalmor, he decides to bring the Staff to him in hopes of trading it for tutelage.
Unfortunately, he gets hopelessly lost on the way to Winterhold, after taking directions from a Khajiit (M'Aiq, actually. XD). He's eventually joined by a Dunmer named Kaviris Mystravos: a high-ranking Thieve's Guild member who agrees to take him to the frigid city if he gets paid enough. Once there, they split apart. Adiah goes and trains with Mannimarco, eventually becoming a lich. His goals change, as he now wants not only to destroy all Thalmor presence in Skyrim, but also to restore the Worm Cult to its former glory. After a little over a year, he forces the remainder of Mannimarco's soul into the Staff, making him the new King of Worms. He starts small, initially, targeting the College of Winterhold's resident Thalmor by posing as an apprentice.
Kaviris, now a Nightingale, meets back up with the newly-undead Adiah while on a trip to see his fence in Winterhold's tavern. For reasons he can't understand, he ends up falling for the lich, and agrees to stay with him when not on a mission for the Guild. Adiah relocates to Yngvild (it's a large ruin north of Dawnstar) and proceeds to build up his Worm Cult.
There's more to it, naturally, but I think I've rambled enough for now. He's about 6' 6", super pale, waist-length blonde hair. Before lichdom, he has amber eyes. After, his left eye is green. He eventually gets scars that he refuses to graft over, choosing to sew them up instead.
PHEWWWW. XD There's still a lot more I could tell you, but I don't want to overwhelm you. I could talk about him all day. He and Kaviris are my favourite OC pairing.
I'll probably try to finish my oneshot tonight, so I'll send it to you in a note for you to read once it's done.

Adiah's story totally got me hooked! I absorbed every word like a sponge which means that I really like your ideas . I thought mine were somehow intense, but yours I really do like. I think I saw him in your gallery before ,the handsome altmer with different coloured eyes . It is indeed a very nice way to somehow continue Mannimarco's legacy . Adiah would be something like Manni's "son" "oh the feeeeels"
Please, when you have some free time ,and whenever you feel like just tell me more about him,I can't describe how these stories about other player's characters just fascinate me . I made like 10 different stories myself for as many characters . Still my two most favourite are about my Altmer Saerith and my Nord Lilianwen . I miss those two soo much, gotta go and spend some time with them again (if you want to know their silly stories just tell me )
Oh,indeed Tharn is a very..direct..person . His attitude reminds me so much of one of my friends . Maybe Lyris and Sai would somehow spy on them ,but we could also asume that it all remains a supposition based on the tension between Mannimarco and Vanus ,by the way they look at each other and stuff like that. It would somehow remain an interesting mistery for the companions and they somehow would debate whether the King of Worms has/had a lover or not (you said that Tharn would be "a bit disturbed by the things he hears"---> my senses are tingling I smell something super awesome coming up. Ohhh,I'm soo excited! )
Thank you so much for sharing with me your ideas ! I am having so much fun imagining what is going to happen to our fav pair from TES . I'm awaiting anxiously the oneshot

Yeah, that would indeed be him. I should upload a few of my more recent sketches so you can see how he's changed. It definitely for the better, too. As a Worm King, he starts off being kind of a reckless idiot. Losing battles, costing lives, etc... It's only after he loses a really big battle that he finally figures out the RIGHT way to do things. Manni just kind of sticks around as a spirit tied to the Staff. He doesn't show up too frequently, usually only when Adiah is screwing something up. Outside of him and his lovely Nightingale, he has a set of Ascended necromancers that act as his council and generals. Kameron Orenthi, a Dunmer male with a hefty prison record (for necrophilia and murder, among other things) is his second in command, though they don't get along too well. Then you have Julien LeNaix, a Breton who used to be an Imperial Legion scout. He's Adiah's advisor and friend. After Julien is Kerrygan, a female Bosmer with a past that no one really knows about. She's his personal smithy. Finally, we have Octavian Aquilano, Julien's adopted brother and a scholar for all things ancient and interesting. He's the record keeper. I'd like very much to hear about yours! Maybe I can give them cameos in Adiah's story. I love doing that.
I currently have Lyris and Sai doing exactly that: waiting outside a door that is too thick for them to hear anything from, save for the occasional loudly-spoken word or two. Tharn attempts to spy using magic on behalf of him and the Emperor, though I figured Mannimarco would somehow warp what Tharn recorded just for the sake of doing so. Y'know, making it seem like the situation could go either way. I feel like he wouldn't be embarrassed by his relationship at all. Vanus would be, though. I'm still working out the finer points of their espionage. I didn't expect it to be so difficult. XD Oh yes, Tharn would be disturbed if he heard an uncensored version of the goings on. I'm attempting to be quite detailed with their love scene.
You're so welcome! It's awesome to be able to share them. This pairing needs all the love it can get, and if I must be the pioneer of such things, I am more than willing to accept the responsibility.

I like your dear Adiah soo much . I just imagine a spectral Mannimarco coming out of the staff and facepalm himself from time to time (that's what it means to be a "Daddy" ).
Well I am half asleep right now but I really wanted to reply to you so I'll just say Lilianwen's short version of the story. She's a Nord ,but I like to think that she jsn't really "Tamrielan" ,she comes from another (fictional) continent in the search of a powerful necromancer (actually Mannimarco-but she doesn't know that yet ,she's only been instructed to find him and start learning everything she can about necromancy and lichdom ) as her mother (and high-priestess)of a cult that worships the Star Orphans has ordered and prepared her for such a journey (why would such a cult want from the most dangerous necromancer ever? well that remains to be seen ) .So she spent 5 years in Cyrodiil working with mages from the Mages Guild and trying to find everything she can about Necromancy and those who practice it. As the Imperial homeland showed no interest to her during her quest ,she moved forward to Skyrim where she met much more interesting people. She travels with a high elf Necromancer that shows great promise but actually refuses to teach her anything. This companion of hers has taken a "holiday" away from his guild of necromancers and stumbled upon her in Morthal . Feeling adventurous ,he chose to follow her ,and as they traveled she discovered about his guild and as she doesn't believe in coincidences she tries to convince him to introduce her to this cult. He always refuses ,caliming that their leader desires no new students and is not willing to share any knowledge to a stranger like her. She doesn't believe a word of his silly lies ,so she keeps him close, trying to win his trust while they hunt necromancer dens in search of what Lilianwen, her mother and other followers desire .
She's sort of a special mage, she uses the power of the stars to crisp her enemies/control their minds/choke them with only one look /call angry anuic spirits to chase 'em etc.
+she is always guided telepathically by her mother ,and whenever in trouble she comes to rescue her by mentally sending her spiritual power and energy to her daughter, and such processes sometimes make Lilianwen have visions about her past life( she sees rather interesting things ) that weaken her body and mind and then comes her necromancer companion to the rescue that saves her ass and devours bandits in seconds. (his name is Xavier and he's a really nice guy with such a soft voice ,still it is strange how he always follows her ,and when they sometimes part he somehow still keeps following and watching her without her knowing )
So sorry if I overwhelmed you ! There is indeed so much more to say , as I said it is amazing how awesome it is for me to talk and hear about Skyrim OCs . I will draw Lilianwen and post a little sketch with her . ----> She would be soo honoured to meet Adiah if he will ever accept to speak to a little lunatic like her <-----
Tharn is so silly sometimes ,he always makes me laugh . I always thought about his daughter's (Clivia) life sincer Mannimarco came to the court after the Soulburst. In a letter from ESO it was written that he convinces her to do as he says by always buying expensive stuff and garments and promising to teach her Necromancy. (Holy cow,I can't even imagine Manni buying jewels for a woman that actually disgusts him only to use her power ,it doesn't seem to be his way but,who knows ,maybe I don't know him that well )
Looveee sceenees oh my heart is pumping fast. These scenes are like chocolate muffins for me!--> the best thing ever .
P.s. - Adiah's friends seem like very interesting folks ! (beautifully dangerous ) . Hope everything is going great !

She's definitely going to get a cameo, for sure. Maybe even more than that since he has a terrible habit of getting angry with and firing and/or killing his higher-ups, save for the few I just mentioned. He'd be thrilled to have someone around who takes what he does seriously. If you're okay with that, of course. He may not be the BEST leader, but he does try very hard. On another note, he's actually best friends with the Dark Brotherhood's Listener, a tiny, male Bosmer archer named Brokenwing. They were together (in a strictly physical way) for quite a while when Adiah was still living, but it ended when Brokenwing ended up marrying someone else (Romlyn Dreth, actually,) so there's another association that is a little intertwined with his new Worm Cult.
I can't wait to see the sketch! I actually just finished a little one of Vanus and Mannimarco when they were still Psijic apprentices. I'll probably stick that with one of Adiah and post it as a sketchdump or something. As for whether or not he'd speak to Lilianwen...he totally would. He's a lot more approachable than his former master.
LOL In all honesty, Tharn's lines make some of the quests worthwhile. I don't know how far you've gotten, but the best ones are definitely when you visit Sancre Tor. I didn't expect such a traumatic time to be so hilariously awesome. Pffft, Clivia. Yeah, I imagine it's a chore for him to even consider doing those favours. Though, if you wanna get something done, I guess you have to make sacrifices. XD He probably just hands her gold and is like, "Here, now GTFO. I'm busy." He only really pays attention to three things, it seems: his own power, his followers, and Vanus, for reasons we can only imagine.
Oh yes, I've been fighting with myself a little bit while writing them. It's tough to figure out what the others would be hearing while they're...otherwise occupied. I'm half-tempted to have all their attempts fail only to have Mannimarco just straight up tell them what happened. Vanus would either run out of the room as fast as possible or kill him on the spot. Maybe both. But writing an embarrassed Archmage Galerion would be totally worth it. That's probably what I'll do. The Companions are unsuccessful until they hear it straight from the source. XD
Thank you! I like my Ascended. They're all their own people, that's for sure.
Hopefully, I'll finish that Divines-forsaken oneshot tonight and have it ready for you to read by tomorrow. I'm not making any promises (the possibility of distraction is very high), but I'm going to give it my best shot. ^^ Wish me luck~!

Awww you are amazing! I made a quick sketch of Lilia(it's easier to call her like this ) this morning for you to see her . She would be soo happy to meet Adiah . After all the god-damned search for someone good enough to help her,she has found something better ! *praise the stars*
I think Lilia would like Adiah more than she would like Manni (he is soo moody ) . But destiny is strange ,as we can see
I can't wait to see your drawings too! I mean,Psijic Vanni and Manni sounds so much more than cute!
Oh poor embarassed Vanus If I were him,I would be proud to have such an elf by my side ,but of course Vanus has a history ,and to "share the same bed" with his archnemesis might ruin his image (NOT for us, I personally like him more thinking of this relationship )
I didn't get to play ESO (I only played it in it's Beta stages) but I watched some gameplays (I resisted the urge to get the game because this summer has been so harsh on me. I had like 5 different exams to take and buying a game would NOT HAVE BEEN A GOOD CHOICE ).Tharn in Sancre Tor was soo funny. I laughed soo hard at his comment on Manni's reflection,if you know what I'm refering to . And the punch he got from Lyris was epic
The idea with the Companions and their little failure is fantastic! To try so hard when it would've been easier just to ASK him .
Lilianwen is soo anxious to meet Adiah's cult,if Adiah would permit her to stay a little while, but that is to be seen . I'll teach her how to behave better
Oh distractions are everywhere,I believe you. I mean,it took me one month to start a new drawing ,everytime I tried to draw a line something had to distract me and I finally gave up. I'll start it again after my short vacation .
May the Divines guide you!

I really like your Lilia sketch. She's very pretty, y'know! And thank for all the favourites. It always makes me happy to have my work appreciated. Well, this has all got me thinking that we should do an RP with them. I don't know if you've ever done anything like that before, but I think it'd be fun. I've always wanted to do an Elder Scrolls based RP but I'm not adventurous enough to search for one. XP If you're interested, of course. If not, no harm no foul. Though, if you are, I'd also like to do one involving Manni and Vanus. Oh, the interesting things that could happen with another enthusiastic mind involved. I'd be writing as Adiah (occasionally, his Ascended and Kaviris) and probably Vanus.
Yeah, I can't wait to write about his embarrassment. XD I think it'll be priceless. The Archmage needs to get knocked down a few pegs every now and then, after all.
YES, DAT LINE. XD "Did any one else notice the size of Mannimarco's projection? I'd say he's overcompensating for something." OH, THARN. YOU'RE AWESOME. XD I felt kind of guilty for laughing as hard as I did at that. Even if it's a joke at Mannimarco's expense, it was just perfect. My husband had actually said the same thing just before Tharn did. As for the punch, I was kind of hoping she'd do it again at some point. Totally worth it.
Lilia would definitely have a place among Adiah's Worm Cult. To them, he's actually called "Ebon-soul," which is the nickname given to him first by Manni, then by the Dragonborn (she met him during his little stint in the College of Winterhold.) He'd never turn away anyone with interest, especially if they had as much talent and dedication as Lilia. The whole group is a bit like a large, dysfunctional family.
BY THE EIGHT! Thank you. XD (Just for kicks and giggles, I omit Arkay from the Nine instead of Talos. What good is worshipping the patron of funeral rights when you're a necromancer? )

Thank you so much for liking my sketch . I haven't done anything artistic in quite some time .
Indeed I haven't done an RP before, but I've seen many other people doing it. It would be sooo much fun,I don't think I'm that good at it ,but we can try and see what we can come up with .
Manni and Vanus RP? Aww yeah! That sounds soo epic too! Can you imagine what our enthusiastic minds can create?
I felt guilty for laughing at Tharn's line too. I mean, poor Manni,I doubt he was overcompensating ,he is like a misunderstood kid . I remember noticing his behaviour towards his former companions. When he saw Lyris while she and the Vestige were rescuing Tharn he wasn't insulting or anything. I mean,he hated her and everyone but his words were not harsh,he's actually charming in his own way ( and on the opposite pole we have Tharn that can't create a phrase without insulting someone )
Lilia would be so happy to join the Cult . After all,her main objective is learning all she can about necromancy and "the" Necromancer (not in a bad way,of course). She is not secretive, she will surely reveal her origins . She will most certainly like Adiah and respect him and his little family.
Yes,I know Manni's hate regarding Arkay . But ,of course, we have the King of Worms to worship,no need for such a puny god as Arkay to even exist!

Oh, you're very welcome! I think we should start a Manni/Vanus RP once I'm done with the oneshot. That way, I won't worry about being too distracted by other writing. I had an idea of where to start, actually. It involves Psijic Apprenctice!Vanus getting turned into an animal of some sort (probably a cat, 'cause why not) after one of his spells gets screwed up. As for Apprentice!Manni's reaction...I'll leave that up to you. I figure they're about 18-20-ish. Also, it's part of my headcanon that Vanus had brown hair when he was younger and stress made it white. Go figure. Let me know what you think. If you have other/better ideas, please tell me! I'm good for just about anything. I figured you'd rather play Mannimarco than Vanus. Fortunately for me, I am more than happy to be the future Archmage. I yelped like a fangirl when I finally got to meet him in-game. I love him, too.
Haha, I doubt he was, too. After all, I kind of have to think about things like that as a writer of...related things....for lack of a better description. It's not like Tharn or ANY of the Companions would know one way or the other! Only his pretty little Guildmaster would know that. Just sayin'.
I really can't wait to include her in the story. I think she'll fit in perfectly. I'd like to know more about her when you get a chance, just so I can accurately portray her in writing. I would hate to get something wrong, or have her say/do something that she wouldn't do. ^^
PUNY GOD. (All I could think of was the Hulk. XD) LOL

Aaaand I'm back! . Maaan,it's been some time since I've last tasted internet connection . OmG! I'm already nervous (in a very good way ) about the RP. A Vanus turned into a little guar would be adorable too ! Manni would probably be like . I think maybe he had some sense of humor (even a dark one would be good ). I think the idea with Vanus's hair is fine (Manni being the main reason for his "stress" ).
I will describe Lilia in a note for you . She's not a complicated little mortal ,and I'll try not to burden you with any useless details . I must say again how happy I am that you chose to include her in Adiah's cult !
When I found out that Vanus Galerion was an NPC in ESO I searched the entire internet for more details ! I was sooo excited and happy. He seemed a little arrogant, but when he returned to his guild after the Vestige saved him I started to love him more. The way they greeted him made me squeal . (a girl called him "Vanni" --sooo sweeet -- )
Apologies for the lack of words today,I am soo tired I've traveled 12 hours in a stupid train ,and I hope I'll dream of burning them all and make a "train sacrifice" to Sheogorath, maybe he'll giggle a little .
Hope everything is going well !
