Hello there; Are you familiar with the concept of Equitaur and/or Equinoid?
Equinoid = Equine + Humanoid
Equitaur = Equine/Equinoid + Centaur
An equinoid is basically an anthropomorphic equine with the hooves and hindlegs of said equine's non-anthropomorphic/semi-anthropomorphic counterpart in place on human legs and feet.
An equitaur is basically the centaur(ian) equivalent for an equinoid.

What gives?Β Your listing says professional, but the way you've handled a couple orders on here as been anything but professional.Β Rather, it's been like a bad ex-girlfriend who's hiding in shame.Β You're completely unwilling to return your customers contact.Β You're unwilling to address their concerns.Β You take the time to even post "Ship Plans" for a new project.Β
The posting of the ship plans clearly shows us, your customers, what you think of us.Β By not communicating with us, your customers, and showing new work, you've said that we have no value to you.Β That is an incredibly offensive thing to do.Β You didn't even bother to post a "I'm getting out of business, and just working as a hobbyist now".Β Rather, you've silently told us to go buck ourselves!

I understand that the process of making custom figurines is time consuming. I'm okay with that. But when contact completely stops then that starts to concern me. I had three figurines ordered back in December. Last contact I had told me they were done. I was just awaiting a picture so I could approve and send payment. Then contact stopped. I'd love to pay for these and get them sent. One was supposed to be a Christmas present. I'm really impressed with your work but... I've about given up hope of ever seeing these figurines....
