Tablets are kinda weird at first since you're not looking directly at what the pen is doing. But pretty much everyone who has a tablet has a Wacom, since they have pressure sensitivity. I use a UC-Logic tablet (since it was cheaper), but it doesn't have the pressure sensitivity. They're definitely useful for editing pictures, though.
