Yeah, my comic went the way of the dodo. It was a time issue, and had to be cut. /sigh. I miss it and I miss drawing. I haven't drawn a single picture since our last art party.

Oh, and as a footnote you should check out Barefoot Gen. It's one of the earlier mangas about the aftermath of the bombing of Hiroshima in WW2. It is a little graphic in the beginning, and contains some made and female nudity, but not pornographically. You'll wee what I mean, it's a good read and a fairly long-running manga series. About 6 books (I'm guessing, I remember it was a lot) I think? They also had two anime-style japanese movies made out of it and one or two live-action ones. Never seen them though.

Hehee, nah, Shojou-ai means girls' love. Boy's love is Shonen-ai. It's usually used for the milder same-sex affection, while yaoi is the sexy stuff.

You wanan knwo something? I've never eally read many mangas, spare Shojou-ais. In fact, some people take the whole yaoi thing too far. For some reason I like your style and character personalities. -Shrug- Just wanted to make it clear you made a break through and appealed ot my sense of art and . . . is decency the right word? :3

I'm flattered! Yeah, yaoi has become so trendy in the past few years, and some people really overdo it - the sex comes first and whatever plot there is seems to come as an afterthought. This comic will be first of all a coming of age story, that just happens to be about a young gay man.
