Hello! I gave you a llama because you used icon/s that I adapted for dA (instagram) in the way meant to be used (thank you!! ). You are encouraged to keep using my icons to show which tool, software, company or social web you used in the making of a deviation, in a journal, status post or comment. No credit for me is needed, and also no need to request permission, you have the right to use the icons
If you use a tool, software or social web (or credit a character or company) I don't have the icon for, please tell me.
Tips:
- If you want 16x16 icons, you can search in my gallery by using the media menu and adding ultramini to the name of the software/etc you are searching.
- There are currently 5 sizes: big (very few ones yet, greater size than 50x50), normal (50x50), mid (35x35, not all has this size), mini (21x21) and ultramini (16x16). There are also animated icons. Animated icons are done only on request.
- You can also add a minus before the term you want to be excluded from the search "instagram by:linux-rules -mid -mini -ultramini" will return only the 50x50 icons).
- If you want to search by my icons you use "by:linux-rules".
- In composed icons (i.e. icons that are 1/2+2/2 etc.. there is a blank space when you introduce the icons from the add media menu ( )
If you remove the spaces, the icons will look better: . - this tips works with every artist, you can use that to search by other artist icons or works.

I saw you on the self-promotion thread but I didn't post anything there. I just lurked around there to see other artists. I mostly go the /beg/ thread and the "draw my oc" style meme threads to grind my skills.
/ic/'s harsh criticism has really put me on the right track to learn proper fundamentals, even if it's a hard cake to swallow

Yeah, somehow I didn't feel you were the person who said they had no prior drawing experience when I saw your knight portrait study. The right eye may be far apart, but goddamn that coloring. The metal looks like it's real!
It's definitely a hard cake to swallow. However, the only criticism I got was in the invisible girl thread and they said "OP was right, this is garbage. Someone good at art take the bait." Like I knew my art is garbage, got any advice for me? Geez.

Yeah, coloring has been the one thing I've consistently was stronger at digitally than traditionally. I think sketching and linework is starting to catch up though, so I guess I just have to get used to it. Also it seems like on 4chan once you get decently good they start giving good advice, otherwise they seem to not want to put in the effort.

I saw that thread too. I suppose I'd be barely a level 3, which seems to be the ideal as level 4 is when people start ragging on you just for their own comfort. I see too many threads about "Is X artist good" or "What's the deal with artist X? What's so special about him" about amazing artists like Proko, Sakimichan, etc.
