# About me

I'm a BattleTech and art enthusiast who currently operates a fansite www.stridersstrikers.com . Our website is based on my friends and I's players group. Characters and storyline have been contributed by various members, but I'm the one keeping it alive with updates and continuity in the core storyline. The site is actually in its 10th year now and our players' groups have existed in 3 different countries: the U.S., Australia, and currently Japan.
Its very good to see characters come to life through art, and I am happy to have this hobby where I've come to appreciate so many people's artistic talents! I'll highlight the site's contributing artists here to share their talents with everyone I can.

Hey I know what you mean (well indirectly, :P (Lick) ). I haven't had any official work of course since I'm no artist and my writing wasn't accepted to BattleCorps a few years ago, but I'm very happy my site's commissioned art has got some attention and Anthony, Eric, and David have since got stuff into the official Tech Readouts. I'm really glad Deviant Art has given so many artists a place to show off their abilities! Seems the art scouts are doing some looking online here so we can all be happy about that! I still hope to have you on the site sometime soon. Your stuff for 3063 is looking mighty sweet too! I wanna see more WorkMechs from you because I think you could naturally do them really well. :) (Smile)

I must admit that when I saw the news I was afraid to contact you fearing the worst, and yet it seems that in the face of all the horror, people can still be incredibly mean to each other. I don't think it is much of a recommendation for us as a species. I am very happy that you are in one piece however. And if there is anything I can do to help (I know that sounds silly being half a world away), then don't feel afraid to ask.

Hey thanks for your message. I'm sorry you were that worried. I'm in the area thats effected, but only via the wind. Unfortunately its having an impact on our food supply and basic tap water. My wife's job situation improved, thankfully!
