Not a problem at all. I've always liked your art style. (Thanks for the faves too!!!) Things are going smooth for me (so far). Hehe. I haven't been very active on DA, mostly to see what the peeps I'm watching are coming up with. My recent works are going to a publisher (not paid work though, sadly) so I haven't been able to put any of them up here... How are you going? How is your foot?

Some of us artists get such a crummy deal sometimes...

eh, my foot still gives me a lot of pain and the doc doesn't know why.
I don't think I'm able to accurately describe to him what kind of pain it is.
I don't have arthritis, which would be visible in an MRI,
but he said he could understand why I was in so much pain if it showed up in an MRI, since it doesn't,
I feel like he doesn't believe me.
It still swells up pretty badly and makes me limp around a lot.
I think it's getting stronger for what it's worth, though. 
Everyone tells me surgery takes over a year to heal completely.

Yeah, not getting paid for doing a lot of work is not really swell. Finances have been drying up for awhile now. LOL
Surgery takes a year to heal completely? Oh my goodness. That's so long! I hope it gets well real quick. I'll pray for ya.

Oh, I'm just hanging in there I recently had surgery on my ankle to correct a problem I've been having for over three years. I'm still resting and recovering from that, but other than that, nothing new here ^-^   Just drawing in bed during my ample rest time while watching home fixer-upper shows, lol!

I broke a bone in my ankle a few years ago and I didn't know it I just thought I sprained it or pulled something.
I was still having problems with it, so I finally got tired of it and went to some doctors. 
I had all of my scar tissue and the little bone that I broke removed and so far, I haven't had any of that terrible pain I was having.

That's good cause I didn't enter either this year!   Too much competition and they choose works from last year like Birdie that was poor quality in my opinion.

That's true. I just thought some other manga were created better with a better plotted storyline is all. And yeah, what project are you working on now? I'm working on my manga BOY Ichihara about a Japanese teen who goes to live in America.

I am. I'm just a little hesitant to do so because I don't want anyone stealing my manga concept. Which is about a boy from Japan that goes to live in America and he's torn between his home country and the new urban one he's living in. I thought reactivating my account on DA would be a good place to post my artwork and share my ideals. I've had this DA for two years now though it says one year, I never really used it that much hence why I only have 500 page views but I'm catching up, slowly but surely. Is there anything else you wanna know about BOY Ichihara? 😄
