Haha thanks. I have it pretty mapped out, as far as story, characters, gameplay, regions, and progression is concerned up until the first expansion, which expands to Holodrum and Labrynna from Oracle of Seasons/Ages.

That's the plan! My theory is that the Twilight Realm and the Dark World from Link to the Past are one in the same so I'm working with that.
And to answer you're other question, Link shows up in multiple areas across Hyrule, changing time to time depending on the storyline, while Zelda and King Daltus act as leaders.

Are you going to try to do the phasing thing that World of Warcraft does? Like where you do a quest and the environment changes?
You should do an achievement system, that would be awesome. If you do, I could come up with names and awards and descriptions on how to achieve I'm great at that.

Phasing is an integral part of the game. As I said before, I'm actually taking a break on my War of Hyrule idea to focus on an original MMORPG idea I've been developing, but I'm more than happy to answer questions.
Very little dungeons are instanced, but instead use mostly phasing to subtract transitions. Achievements would also be apart of the game. In the game you are able to choose between playing as the good guys or the bad guys. The good races are the Hylian, Goron, and Zora and the bad guys are the Stalfos, Moblin, and Lizalfos. Ganondorf leads his army and you are a part of it if you choose. Link, Ganondorf and other major characters would not be playable but would be very important NPC's. If you play as a bad guy, you can get some buddies together to attack Link. If you win, he teleports away and you get some nice stuff :]

you have a brilliant idea for your online Legend of Zelda game, and I think it is going to be amazing, but the map, I just realized, is a total copy of the map from World of Warcraft, not trying to make you feel bad or anything (it's amazing in my opinion to be so creative with continents and countries within the continent) but I'm not kidding! Was it inspiration of the World of Warcraft maps that compelled you to make them almost similar or did you think of it yourself?
I would definitely play it if it were to ever go live, I would be like the first person to join and own everything lol

I am trying to create maps for a game which is Zelda-themed and yours are the best I've come across so far, but seem to have hit a dead end trying to find resources...
