character:Motoko (ghost in the shell)
but from one of the newer animes like stand alone complex or 2nd gig not the movies or old comics.

For the background making it futuristic,with lots of details would be great, if thats are right with you ;) (Wink)

For the color different purples would be great.

And this is just an example of a bg with like a lot of details, but its ok if you don't want to do it like that however you want is fine with me XD.
