Hi there!! My username on my old YouTube was AJAnimeFiery (I had an even older one called DB2Fun when I was super young :”)) I later changed ajanimefiery to UmbraiiTenebris then moved channels to a new one called Umbraii Tenebris) and my username on the main AJ account I used was pokemon68411 and I had a side account for storage called ajanimefiery as well : )

I got into Danganronpa last year and now I'm absolutely obsessed with the series. I just can't shut up about Danganronpa nowdays lmao. Ibuki has to be my favorite character in the entire series (as well as Makoto). The first time I saw Ibuki I just fell in love with her. I can never shut up about her.

Very good taste! Kirigiri has to be my second favorite girl and overall my 3rd favorite character in the series (tied with Byakuya). I have an extreme attachment to Kyoko and I would literally die for her tbh.

Kokichi is a very good and interesting character so it's understandable why a lot of people like him, including myself. He had to be in my top 5 V3 characters.

I'm neutral towards Mukuro tho. I haven't done her free time so I can't really say much about her, but she did deserve better.

And to answer your question, I'm not sure why it isn't working (I'm not sure if the pfp you have now is it or not since this comment was a day ago)
But usually this is my process!
I'll animate it in adobe animate usually 50x50 or 100x100
Then I'll export it as a gif file and go to this website: gifmaker.me/optimizer/
It's a little hard to figure out at first, if you would like me to try and explain the website I can  

Then I'll export the gif as 50x50 and with all the file size reductions so its under 15kb then I'll use it

That's my method but there's various other ways you could find!
I hope this helps a little!

it went well actually! the quality is the same but as you said it can't do any better because I think it's normal! but usally I have to do 2345435 things to let my icon to be the perfect size and this site is cool!! thanks a lot !
