Only have markers, colored pencils and GIMP. But if it's brighter colors you want, I would suggest GIMP.

Well sure you can use GIMP then if you like :3 

I love GIMP, I think it's a lot better than PhotoShop! I use Photoshop in school and It can't do half of the things I do on GIMP.
