I live and love music
I have folk roots, my first instrument being flute. I also play the tin whistle, piano, love doing vocals (with lots of harmonising of course), I am a beginner on the bodhran and the ukulele but it's never too late to learn new ones. I have always wanted to play the guitar and I am very gently learning - so exciting :)Favourite genre of music: Folk, singer-songwriter, lots of rock and metal including progressive, some pop and I also enjoy reggae. I like anything with a strong rhythm, sing-style melody with harmonies...
Favourite style of art: Anything related to music and literature, photography, comic-book style, body art and tattoos, manga
MP3 player of choice: iPod touch
Favourite characters from art and literature: Lots of Disney characters including Wendy from Peter Pan, the mermaids, Ariel the little mermaid, Sebastian the crab, Scuttle the seagull, Finding Nemo Dory, classic A.A.Milne's Winnie the Pooh, Snoopy, Woodstock, Simon's cat, Spider-Man and Gwen Stacy, Dexter and Deborah Morgan, Walter White and Jesse Pinkman, Merlin, Harry Potter and the Weasley twins.
There is still a long list of films that I am trying to work my way through with the help of Netflix.
