stress, the weather is messing with y sinuses. Ive spent most of my day off today sleeping and laying in bed cause of a persistent headache lol

Ah ok, Well take an antihistamine when you get the chance and have a cup of warm tea with honey before you go to bed. Should help clear your sinuses and make it easier to sleep

Ive taken pain pills all day lol. took a couple of Advil, didnt help. Dad gave me some Motrin that didnt help. right now my headache is dulled, but Im thinking it was either a tension or a migraine headache, I gotta pick up some stuff for those since I ran out ages ago

possibly. My sinuses get bad this time of year anymore, and around where I live it cant decide if its gonna be warm or cold lol....been congested since before thanksgiving last year
