I am a fan of adventure time and a few other cartoons, but anime has mostly been phased out of my life.
I know TMNT has a huge fanbase. I'm sure you're not alone in your fandom if you just look for fellow followers.

Lol, yeah I know I'm not alone in TMNT fandom, got lots of online TMNT friends. I'm not into Anime that much either, once in a while I read a manga. But for the most part I'm just a big TMNT fan. Totally addicted lol. I think I've watched the 2003 series all the way through like 3 or 4 times now. I REALLY want them to come out wih the new movie that's said to be coming in 2014.

Is this going to be a direct-to-dvd or a theater movie? Or do you not know? I don't think I had heard of any theater releases for TMNT, but that is 2 years away-

It's suppose to be a theater release. It was actuall suppose to be out like this Christmas, but the guy doing the movie, I think his name is Michael Bay, did all the transformers movies, wanted to change a very crucial part of the turtles. The movie was called Ninja Turtles, where'd the teenage mutant part to? Bay let out that in his movie the turtles wouldn't be teens or mutants, but aliens. Needless to say fans were mortified and screaming that bay was raping their childhood memories. Which I think he kinda is, but the only thing that gives me piece of mind is that one of the original creators of TMNT is working closely with bay, to help keep the story good. There was so much fan uproar that they actually shelved the early production and are going back for a rework of the script. It's supposed new release is 2014, but its very possible that Paramont won't pull back off the shelf by then or ever. I'm kinda on the fence about the whole thing, I saw supposed script spoiler on YouTube and I liked it. But I also like TEENAGE MUTANT ninja turtles. Soooo I think the should make the moive and let the fans decide.

he.... alien turtles. I AM LAUGHING SO HARD OMG IT'S LIKE TRANSFORMERS BUT TURTLEY! I don't enjoy his movies they're pretty much the same thing every time. I can't wait to see how he'll use his trademark explosions in this. That's gonna be rich.
