Hi! Don't worry about it, I know how crazy hard it is to get customers for commissions and adopts! Unfortunately I myself don't have enough points or money to buy art right now, though I would like to! My advice to you would be to try these:
submit your art to tons of groups (like looooads, I think I submitted my commission prices sheet to a few hundred)
check out the forums where people are advertising for job offers, and if you see someone who wants something you can offer, show them your work! (I had one guy who commissioned me 8 times after I found him on a forum)
keep positive and don't give up!! :3
