Let me get a few things straight about Toy!Sakutaro... The whole back of his head is orange, and the end of his tail is a ring. >.<;

Well... in the anime yeah, his tail is a ring. Remember that picture you have of him where one of his hands is non-existent? That's the official version from the sound novels (which are 100000000000000000000x better than the anime and manga). Better off following that.
Just realized the link below us that I posted with the better Human!Sakutaro also had a ring for his tail. So yeah, Sakutaro, human or toy, has a ring for a tail.
