There is nothing special to do. Have a tall glass with water, a good macro camera just a few cm away from the cherry, use flashlight, let drop down the cherry and try to catch the right moment!!! Its really easy, you don't need anything else.
OH! White paper, right behind the glass! But that's it!

Great! Although, I need to work on getting that macro lens. They are a bit pricey... I will try though with another lens to see if I can get some good results. Thank you
