BTW, llamas (to my understanding) have relatively no material value on DevArt, and are commonly merely used to say: "Hey, I think you're cool-- here's a llama." Llamas represent the acknowledgement of your peers on DevArt. However, the case is, many times, "Give a llama: get a llama," where llama providers expect the recipient to provide a llama to them (This, however, is not the case with me). Β Llamas can also represent popularity on DevArt, for many choose to accept the "I think you're cool," philosophy, and there is a loose correlation between an artist's page-views and his/her number of llamas or overall badges. Llamas can also be traded for points, and vice-versa. It is very unlikely, though, that one can accumulate enough points from llama trading to purchase anything worthwhile, given the sparsity of people who bother to trade llamas.Β TRADE LLAMAS HERE , or go to the BADGES menu on your profile page and scroll to the bottom right.
