I have learned to make the male physique, copying and reproducing a lot of real and manga photos of boys. If you strive to make them more similar, you'll can learn the technique to draw them. Something it is boring at times (especially for me I want to do everything at once) but useful. You think that first I drawed the boys too feminine

speaking of feminine boys... that's what i always draw...
but i thought maybe i could draw muscles for a change...u know?, for ultimate muscles OCs
but boy, was it hard to draw them right..

Always remember this: usually the guys body is more massive than girls, I speak of height, shoulders, hands... the is face more square etc.. Just notice these basic differences and you can understand what wrong in your technique. Draw the muscles is a great way to draw the boys and man, but... attention!Take care that not all men are handsome with beautiful muscles: there are skinny ones, fat ones, etc..
You will see that you will improve, you have the skills
