That's really cool, your bases honestly looked like you'd been making them for a year or two!

I'm so sorry for all of the questions, but when you're making a base, do you have to draw a full character first and then make the base from that? Or can you just do one from scratch? I feel like it'd be difficult to do from scratch, because I'd keep on wanting to put hair on it haha.

i don't mind the questions! especially if it's helping someone, i like to help :'D

as far as base making goes... i usually just start from scratch with a pose in mind? 
i look at a lot of references and make sketches based on poses i like
sometimes i tweak the arms or the legs, then i reline and that's about it lol

honestly making bases is so much easier than adopts for me because you don't have
to worry about the hair and stuff, you can just draw 'em naked lmao

STOLEN ADOPTSThis person isn't letting me comment anymore because I caught them trying to sell stolen adopts.
I don't stand for crap like that so hell yes I'm calling them out.
After seeing this I wouldn't trust any of their adopts
The hidden comments are me telling people they're stolen

As a future reference, try to be careful with adopt accounts. Look at the gallery; if it's a new account with a LOT of adopts that's pretty iffy. And look at the designs, do they lack consistency? Are the skill level varying? These are red flags as well. Even if a person
