You have a good variety of themes and characters and some of your designs are quite good but you still have to study anatomy a lot, you need to know very well the human body. Keep in mind the proportions. Some parts of the body in your drawings are shorter or longer than they should be.
You have also to study perspective. The buildings in the background look flat and in general your drawings lack volume. You have to build light and shadow areas and add textures to the surfaces.

COOLEST, glad to be there.
I like pencil skatches too. I like the control part of it. Hate the paintings specially oil, messy job. With a pencil , smearing part and blending black to grey to lighter gray gives you that dimensional look, depth. This too is very messy and let me warn you that it can really get your clothes and carpet dirty too.
Hint, subscribe the coolest magazines and pick out pictures that have awesome postures of models to draw and practice drawing with pencils. and later alter it and make it into your own superhero pose.
I drew some pictures like that turning them into angels.
