Ive all the metroid games besides prime. I have no ability with fps and much prefer the side scrolling 2d snes like games anyways.
The metroid at the end of super was more like samus' pet. It thought samus to be its 'mother' kind of.
Queen metroids actually look quite different, and ofcourse, lay eggs for the group. The metroids that people are accustomed too are more like larval forms, with having the ability to grow into consecutively more mature organisms.
Say.. youve probably played metroid II.. so Im just blabbering and sounding dumb.
Sorry for correcting. Just a factoid. ><

But before I do.. would you be interested in joining any metroid clubs? Dyou have any metroid based fan stuffs?

I like how the music gets all confident and strong after the metroid is sacrificed in the end of super metroid. Sets a mood.

Yeah, But it was so cute. I just cried. And yeah, The dying metroid gave her last poer to samus. It was so cool. It was such a very, very touching moment *___*
And yes, I had FPS games. Bleh, Too much like doom. I was never good at those games. And Super Metroid was the best of them all *__* It was soo awesome. I love the bit where you have to fight the boss in the ghost ship. THat was just so rockin'.
For it's time it was such a great game. -eyes glisten-
As for fanart, No, I wasn't ever really good at drawing anything Scifi. I did draw a metroid or two, because they're dastardly cute ^_^

Yes, I love Metroid! I followed the series of the games all the way up to super, then I became poor ;_;
I cried in super metriod when the queen metroid saved samus from mother brain and then mother brain killed her! ;___; I sobbed so harrd!
