Coming this August the 16th is 's biggest and best DevMEET of the summer and we hope you can attend! We will be heading to Centre Island to hang out, check out the petting zoo, going out to eat and exploring the island. i love writing out the stories behind the photos because there is always one to tell and it gives the context/narrative... plus it's one of the things i loved most from my biggest inspiration when i got interested in photography so i guess i "inherited" it!

hopefully. i'm in florida that week 'till the 24th so i need to find out if i can change my flight to go to LA after rather than back to toronto. i would probably arrive on the 24th and leave on the 28th if it works out. also trying to find a hotel. that trip is long overdue and it would be amazing to meet, shoot and hang out with you and chris as well as everyone else. fingers crossed.

I'm doing good thank, just out of a really bad stretch which is why I sort of vanished for a while. But back at it full force with Antti and Matt.
Aaron is doing good, he graduates this June, has a steady gf, learning to drive...all the good stuff that makes mom's crazy lol
I love your photos...last time we talked you were just getting into it, you have come a long way baby!!! I love black and white photos, they are so much more dramatic than colour.

Yeah he's getting all grown up lol. He will be 18 in Nov., hard to believe. He is also over 6'4" 
Glad you really got into your photography...seems you have found your creative niche! I still remember a 15 year old asking me endless questions and advice on photomanipulation lol!! Seems your all grown up too! And doing very well.

Love the way you present your shots, the frame and the signature are really good (I know this is a funny thing to compliment, but it's really hard to find people who use frames in the right way, in a way that doesn't take the focus out of the shot itself, and you do it well)
