It was, begrudgingly, Labour. I am glad, however, that their majority is weakened, now they will have to pay more attention to what people want to win us back on side. It occurred to me that I voted for a local candidate and party leader (ie. Tony Blair) that I didn't really like, but in the hope that the core ideals of the party and the people who stand up for them (ahem...Gordon Brown) will come out of the woodwork and into the limelight when Blair's got his record for his term length. And anyway, Aneurin Bevan once said that even a bad Labour government was far better than the alternatives. I've put trust into Labour, I hope they pay off now.

Wow, that was a ramble.

I saw that Labour won. NO, not rambling...I enjoyed the conversation.

We feel that way here, sometimes over candidates...sometimes it is a no win situation...it just depends.

Wales won! They've won the Six Nations Rugby competition and got the grandslam, meaning they've won every game they played in the competition. The atmosphere has been amazing, Cardiff was one giant party on Saturday night. Just thought I'd fill you in Hope everything is ok. Best wishes,

It really was a great time. I'm still on a high from it. Wales is back on the map. Its given me a new intensity and determination at the moment.
I hope you're feeling equally as positive at the moment How are things? And how is the photography going? Fine, it seems, judging by your gallery I still wander through it, even though you can't tell because of no comments. Which I think is a great idea, by the way. Art For Art's Sake (not for comments)
Have you ever read anything by the metaphysical poets before through your reading or your university studies in English? Especially Donne, Herbert, and Vaughan. They are having an impact on me at the moment, would be interesting to talk about.
Anyway, I need to go and write an essay plan on those very guys right now! Speak to you soon, and best wishes,

I am glad to hear it turned out to be such a great time! It is always nice when we can still feel the intensity and the joy, a few days after the fact.

I am fine, thanks! I am positive about things, yes, I have a lot to be positive about, in general, nothing specific.

I have heard of those poets...and actually am interested in metaphysics, myself...let's do have a discussion some tome...it would be interesting.
