English: 3 essays in 3 hours
Literature: 2 essays in 2 hours.

The worst essay will be the "Creating and Presenting" English one. You can use any format you want, but it has to relate to a prompt surrounding a theme (conflict is our school's one) and make reference to the book you studied. For "It's difficult to remain a bystander in conflict", I wrote about a girl convincing her friend she has to break up with the guy who keeps hurting her. I got a D, because it wasn't relate enough to the book (they DID have relationship things in there! The main character tries to talk a girl out of loving him because he's already married).
Reference not strong enough: fail, but apparently it would have gotten an A for the story itself.

Essays are good except when they're stupidly marked.

Awww, that sucks! That seems really long and hard, I don't think I could do it ><.

I like essays, but people always think I'm weird when I say that XD. I like the structure. But then again I also like creative writing which doesn't really have structure so I guess maybe i just like all writing .

Sorry I took so long, I feel like I keep disappearing on you. I haven't been writing/going on dA much. I keep meaning to come on but then I say "Maybe later" and that of course turns into hours, days, weeks. So sorry

It goes: Indonesian (spoken), English, Biology, Literature, Philosophy, Indonesian (written this time).
I'm looking forward to the end. I hate writing on poetry for Literature. We had a practice exam today and I wrote a page and a half and gave up on it. I just couldn't write about it. I didn't see that stuff in the poem - I can see how you'd get it out of there, but honestly, we're drawing things out of the poetry that isn't even written in it. I hate writing fake things.

Well it's SUPPOSED to be a creative writing course, but my teacher is into reading short stories and analyzing them. Which is super annoying because I took the course to write, not to analyze. He's into the whole idea of "you have to learn to read in order to learn to write" thing. I guess I agree, but it's still annoying, especially cause I read a shit load already. ><
