Unfortunately, while I have considered it in the past, as of now, I do not; the few times I've tried, I ended up getting completely overwhelmed and just ended up not finishing a lot of them. In the end, it was easier for me to just drop it entirely.

|||orz I honestly don't think I'll be able to make it in time...at least, not well. Basically I turned into a vegetable over the weekend after two midterms, and then when I thought about my sketch, I realized that although I could finish it and submit it, it wasn't getting across the "feeling" that I wanted, and so I'm probably going to scrap it and re-start from ground zero.
I want to finish it and have it showcase the "action" that I want it to, but it just won't be for the contest. I'll plan better for the next contest...
(If by some miracle I manage to get the right feel and finish it before grace period ends I will definitely submit it.)

That's alright! After going through mid-terms and such, it's no surprise that you'd feel a bit burned out. Don't worry about it.
Drawing with a specific thing in mind can be such a pain sometimes, but satisfying once it's done! I hope you do achieve that feeling you're aiming for: I'd love to see it once it's finished! Or even just the sketch. I'd be happy to view it either way.
