Hay I have a question on your art do you use Inkscape..because I'm a first time user at Inkscape..and I need some information on how to fill color into the vector? I got to other stuff down its just the fulling in color I'm having trouble with.

When you have an object selected, click the object menu and then "Stroke and Fill" to bring up that window. You'll probably want to dock that dialog box on the right side since you use it constantly. It has tabs for the object's stroke color, fill color, and stroke style.
